We have invited CNVC certified trainers to form a team with a broad range of learning styles and areas of specialization.

This year, our trainers can support you in all areas of your life. Kathleen Macferran shows you how to navigative conflict and restore connection after a painful act, drawing on years of supporting communities and family systems, in prisons, business settings and families.  Sarah Peyton brings extensive experience integrating innvoative brain research with NVC consciousness to support healing from long-standing pain. West Coast Intensive core trainer, Roxy Manning, specializes in leadership development, clinical applications of NVC, diversity and social justice.

Learning for All Levels

Come with loved ones new to NVC

The WCI is designed to accommodate the needs of persons at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels in NVC. For beginners and those wanting thorough coverage of the foundational NVC skills, a Special Track in NVC FUNdamentals is offered at each session during the first two days. A variety of offerings of more advanced programming will also be available starting the first day for those who begin the intensive with a thorough understanding of the fundamentals. Though there are no prerequisites, beginners will find their experience is enriched by reading Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg in advance of attending and by participating in the FUNdamentals track.
