For many of us, these days are anything but peaceful. There’s so much happening in the world, including political unrest, pandemic stress, environmental and social structural racism, global climate crisis. Of course, our brains and bodies are struggling to find rest and calm. The tools of Nonviolent Communication and the principles of Kingian Nonviolence are resources for all of us during these difficult times, but they need to be applied with care and precision. Please join Roxy Manning, Kathleen Macferran, Kathy Simon and Sarah Peyton for a varied and skilled approach to practical ways to apply the six principles of Kingian nonviolence in day to day life. What we need more than anything else to find peace in these difficult times are daily practices What we need in an unpredictable world is regular, predictable support. This program offers support and learning three times a week for eight weeks to get us through the first part of 2021.
