Facilitation

Facilitating dialogue for organizations, communities, and groups navigating polarization, gridlock, or fractured trust.

Workshops

In-person and virtual workshops tailored to your community — whether that's a boardroom, a classroom, or a living room.

Strength of Connection is dedicated to reimagining a world where all people thrive — by strengthening the health of our inner lives, our relationships, and the systems we share. Through dialogue, facilitation, and training, we build the trust, mutual understanding, and collaborative action that lead to lasting change. In a time of deepening polarization, we work at every level — from personal repair and reconciliation to redesigning the systems that shape how we live together. Our work is grounded in Nonviolent Communication™, the life's work of Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, and in a deep commitment to learning from every person and perspective we encounter.
