Join us for a series of monthly 2-hour sessions on Wednesdays
from Dec 2104-June 2015 to
strengthen your connections and communication skills.
Purpose? To understand the underlying principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and learn to apply the process in your daily life. Transform patterns that no longer work for you into new ways of thinking and acting that are in alignment with your values.
Who? Anyone interested in community support and learning around NVC.
How is the class structured? The structure will be built around participants needs and may include role-plays, smaller group exercises, Q & A and conversation.
Cost? We are requesting $20-$25 per session and invite potential participants to dialog about other means for mutuality if this amount impacts your sustainability.

When? From 10 am – noon on these dates: Dec 17, 2014; Jan 7, 2015; Feb 4, 2015; Mar 18, 2015; April 22, 2015; May 20, 2015; and June 10, 2015.
