  • Strategies to come back to center when you are thrown off balance
  • How you can inspire support for moving forward
  • How to grieve fully to enhance and expedite your healing
  • How to express your truth even when others are afraid or don’t understand your transition
  • Ways to make friends with the unknown
  • Discover new depths of self-compassion and self-acceptance

Overview:

You’re in the midst of a life transition– career or relationship change, death of a loved one, financial unrest, or something else, and you’d like support companionship, direction and grace in moving through it.

Join CNVC Certified Trainers Mary Mackenzie and Kathleen Macferran for this transformative workshop devoted to supporting you through your current life transition. Much of the struggle in a big life transition happens when we forget the deeper meaning attached to it, when we lose compassion for ourselves, when we don’t allow enough time to mourn each stage or when we forget we have choice in every stage of our transition.

This workshop is about opening up your transition, examining it and loving it until you are connected to its meaning. Then we’ll explore exercises to uncover your choices in moving forward and clarifying the specific steps you’d like to take from here on.
