Living Radical Self-Compassion
Three transformative Days of Exploring Self-Love and Inner Power
with CNVC Certified Trainers Kathleen Macferran and Mary Mackenzie
In this workshop:
- Explore what ultimate self-compassion looks like for you
- Transform stories that block self-love
- Experience self-acceptance and self-forgiveness
- Reconnect with your inner beauty and live from the power of that place.
- Connect to your non-negotiable self-worth and discover what is really most important to you.
- Explore ways to remember self-compassion when upset.
Overview:
Are you tired of self-loathing? Is it time to step into a more joyful life? If so, this workshop is a place to get support and skills that will call your radical self-compassion forth as well as gain deeper understanding of what prevents you from connecting to your non-negotiable self-worth.
Within a context of empathy and support, explore the inner places that hold the most meaning for you and create a self-care plan that can sustain you as you move in that direction.
This workshop will explore the fiery domain of tapping into self-compassion in the midst of being triggered and upset.
Does this sound too scary to face? If so, then we invite you join us and uncover the beauty behind the fear. Join us in the partnership of compassion and courage. You won’t be alone.
Living Radical Self-Compassion is designed for those who have previously been introduced to NVC and want to deepen their capacity for self-care and clarity.
